Job Overview

The Gulf University in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced university administrator to join its team. As a key member of the President's Office, you will provide exceptional administrative support and coordination services to the President and other senior leaders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and other senior leaders, including coordination of travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing correspondence.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and meetings to support the President's schedule and priorities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
