Traditional Trade Sales Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the traditional trade sales channel and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the traditional trade channel
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role
  • MBA degree or equivalent
