Zain Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a leader in mobile telecommunications in the Middle East, we are committed to innovation and excellence. This role requires a professional with exceptional technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Cyber Security Solution Implementation: Develop and implement an integrated cyber security solution to protect our core infrastructure, networks, and applications.
  2. Network Design Enhancement: Conduct regular testing of network design to ensure its integrity and security.
  4. User Support and Training: Provide comprehensive training and technical support to users with varying levels of IP and cyber security knowledge.
  5. Security Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential and actual security risks in networks, software systems, and data.
  6. Information System Asset Protection: Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential security concerns.
  7. Project Participation: Participate in procurement, installation, testing, and development of IT and security projects.
  8. Policy Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain the enterprise IT security policy.
  9. Work Plan Creation: Create an operations work plan to support all operations activities.
  10. Proposal Evaluation: Evaluate infrastructure and security proposals and recommend required solutions that meet IP and security requirements.
  11. IP Network Management: Plan and manage the IP network growth and resiliency.
  12. CDN Infrastructure Setup: Implement and manage CDN infrastructure.
  13. Polling and Peering: Establish peering with other entities to reduce latency and improve traffic flow.
  14. Enterprise Support: Support the organization's Enterprise requirements with solutions, testing, and operations.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Possess solid network and security technical experience, maintaining expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware, software, routing, and switching.
  2. Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, effectively communicating through active listening, sharing relevant information, and interacting with others to establish fair and effective relationships.
  3. Customer Service: Identify customer requirements correctly, exceed customer expectations, and act proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Teamwork and Cooperation: Ability to develop cooperation and teamwork while working toward solutions that generally benefit all parties.
  5. Emotional Intelligence: Capacity for recognizing one's feelings and those of others for motivating ourselves and managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationships.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or any relevant field.

3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telecom field.
