Job Overview
A Service Expert is needed to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests at Domo Ventures W.L.L. As a Restaurant Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that every table has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a highly organized and attentive individual who can efficiently manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to effectively take orders, relay special requests to the kitchen staff, and maintain a smooth flow of service.
  • You must have basic math skills and be able to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are crucial in maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • A strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices is a must.
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail are vital in ensuring that dishes and glasses are presented in an attractive and sanitary manner.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers is preferred.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement; food safety training is a plus.
