">- Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in quality assurance tests, new product development, and research to support the company's growth.
">Key tasks include conducting various tests on raw materials as per standard procedures, conducting trials & obtaining third-party approvals, collaborating with external laboratories using advanced testing methods (e.g., FTIR, HPLC, TGA), and liaising with government bodies.
">Additional Responsibilities:
">Developing new products in construction chemicals, liquid, & dry, including eco-friendly product development to meet sustainability trends. Evaluating new products, process technology, and business opportunities, and participating in their implementation. Focusing on technologies compliant with international standards like ASTM, EN, and BS.
">Designing products as per standard procedures and producing cost-effective design components. Maintaining quality control systems for all PMC site activities, preparing quality audits at sites, monitoring site inspections, and testing.
">Qualifications & Requirements:
">A Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Chemical Engineering and minimum ten years of experience in a similar industry. Fluency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) is required.
">Able to work within tight deadlines and having very good knowledge of Microsoft Office are also essential.
