  • **HR & Admin Assistance**: As a key member of the team, you will independently recruit for specific vacancies, handle LMRA formalities, and provide administrative support for the recruitment process.
  • **Team Coordinator for Meetings & Reporting**: You will manage meeting minutes, track deliverables across departments, and ensure timely submissions while fostering alignment.
  • **Project Management**: Drive strategic initiatives, monitor project progress, and resolve bottlenecks to align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred. A proven background in finance, HR, or operations with executive-level collaboration is also required.
