This position plays a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of Corporate Digital platforms.
As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, sourcing prototypes, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining all Corporate Digital platforms according to our operating standards.
You will work closely with other teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions and facilitate user training and support where necessary.
The role also involves performing root cause analysis and problem-solving of production issues on systems in scope.
You will assist in formulating departmental plans and work closely with Project Managers to ensure complete requirement gathering in line with project objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, document, implement, and maintain all Corporate Digital platforms according to our operating standards.
- Provide technical support, recommend application improvements, and consult with users for enhancing current Corporate Digital applications.
- Work with outside consultants in development and installation of systems to meet user requirements, support testing and acceptance of the system into the production environment.
- Evaluate full adherence to application standards and security frameworks adopted by the bank when sourcing and implementing Corporate Digital solutions.
- Deliver quality Corporate Digital products and clear documentation respecting implemented solutions, adhering to appropriate standards in force.
- Avoid deviations from effective and collaborative work practices aligned with Group policies and procedures while demonstrating high standards in work ethics and practices at all times.
