Job Description
Role OverviewThe Electrical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the Contractor's compliance with the Contract Documents related to Electrical Works. This includes Power, Substations, Lighting, F.A, ELV, Security System, Access Control, Instrumentation, and Telecommunication.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Package team to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by the Contractor.
- Process incoming correspondence, technical submittals, inspections, and perform necessary actions.
- Prepare Daily Reports and general oversight of Inspector's daily activities, including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the Contractor's operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in building design, construction, and supervision of Electrical Works. The candidate should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills, as well as strong Commercial focus.
Requirements- Experience in supervising electrical works with a proven successful track record.
- Working knowledge in supervising works as applicable.
- Management experience with the ability to communicate and interact with all other building disciplines.
