Role Overview:
We are seeking a Materials and Testing Specialist to join our construction chemicals team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with international standards. Your expertise in materials science, quality control, and laboratory procedures will be essential in driving our business forward.

Main Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and test raw materials to ensure they meet the required specifications
* Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of finished products to ensure compliance with international standards such as ASTM, EN, and BS
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement new technologies
* Design and develop cost-effective products that meet customer requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluency in English (reading and writing)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
