Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist. As a key member of our Utilities team, you will be responsible for contributing to infrastructure and land development projects across Bahrain.

About the Role

  • You will develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • You will apply design and technical knowledge to produce high-quality outputs within project timelines.
  • You will assist in maintaining project budgets and schedules under supervision.
  • You will collect and analyze information from discipline-specific and interdisciplinary project BIM models.
  • You will utilize computer software to solve fundamental engineering problems.
  • You will collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure design continuity.
  • You will participate in design progress and coordination meetings.
  • You will ensure the quality of BIM/CAD model production by reviewing for accuracy.
  • You will actively seek information, contribute to problem-solving, and drive efficiencies and effectiveness in project delivery.

Qualifications

  • You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with exposure to one or more of the following subjects from an accredited university.
  • You must be a recent 2024 or 2025 graduate (no later than Sept 2025) to be eligible for our Graduate Program.
  • You must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
  • In accordance with Bahrain labour law, only Bahraini Nationals will be considered for this role.
