Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our users.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-level technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.

You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and maintain our IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network connectivity, servers, and telephone systems to ensure smooth operation and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.

You will participate in testing disaster recovery procedures to ensure timely and integral reinstatement without data loss in the event of a disaster.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel, and possess a strong understanding of IT systems and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical assistance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
