About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, with the ability to develop new recipes and make recommendations based on customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cocktail Creation: Develop and implement new cocktail recipes, using fresh ingredients and creative techniques.
2. Customer Engagement: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
3. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
4. Operations Management: Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, adhering to all food and beverage regulations.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixology Expert
2. Strong knowledge of mixed drinks and ingredients
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
6. Relevant food and beverage certifications
