Role Overview

This Front Office Supervisor position requires an individual who can oversee the daily activities of the Reception team, ensure seamless Guest experiences, and foster a culture of excellence within the Front Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Reception operations, guaranteeing efficiency and accuracy in all Guest interactions.
  • Supervise and support Team Members in handling Guest requests and inquiries to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager to share valuable insights and address Guest feedback.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all Guest interactions.
  • Provide clear briefings to team members on important hotel events and VIP guest arrivals.
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to drive sales revenue growth and promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures, particularly those related to foreign currency acceptance and payment methods.
  • Support the implementation and achievement of departmental targets, objectives, work schedules, and company policies.
