Personalized Luxury Service Experience

We are seeking a skilled Butler to provide exceptional service and attention to detail for our esteemed guests.

  • Ensure all villas are properly maintained and cleaned, adhering to Raffles' Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide personalized services, including laundry, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and BBQs in villa or private dining options.
  • Coordinate guest preferences with FO team, Food and Beverage, Spa, Laundry departments, and management team.
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as offer assistance with kids while not replacing babysitters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring security awareness throughout the Hotel and reporting incidents to the appropriate Manager when warranted.
  • Providing a high level of integrity, promptness, creativity, enthusiasm, dedication, time management, teamwork, flexibility, and support for continuous improvement.
  • Anticipating and meeting guest needs, exceeding expectations where possible.
  • Overseeing general villa aspect, including pool and garden, ensuring they are kept up to standard.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs, including audit requirements and lost and found articles.
Requirements
  • A passionate positive personality with excellent eye for detail who can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and engagement with guests to anticipate their needs.
  • Commitment to meet and exceed all performance standards.
  • Ability to work a multi-cultural workforce.
