About the Role

To support the design, deployment, and maintenance of Mobile Packet Core Networks using the latest technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Aid in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Core Network operations.
  • Resolve faults based on trouble tickets, measurement reports, and observations.
  • Periodically review reports measuring Core KPIs.
  • Assist in changes and configurations through a change management process.
  • Monitor SLA and OLA for Core.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and requirements for Information Security.
  • Collaborate in knowledge development, sharing, and integration within and across work programs.
  • Support technical evaluation, design review, and recommend proposed physical and logical designs.
Qualifications and Experience

Fresh university graduate with CCNA and CCNP certifications. 2 years of similar experience required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills: Programming competence, virtualisation and cloud technologies, operations management knowledge, information security, network management principles, process improvement and management.
