Main Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of luxury jewellery collections, craftsmanship, gemstones, and trends to advise clients on their choices.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities, close sales, and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on new product arrivals, industry developments, and brand promotions to provide expert advice and guidance.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-end jewellery, watches, or accessories.
- Strong understanding of luxury jewellery, gemstones, metals, and trends, with excellent communication skills to convey technical aspects in an approachable manner.
- Prioritise building long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment, with fluency in English and Arabic as a plus.
- Able to maintain impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance, adhering to the luxury brand's standards.
