About the Position:

Zain is hiring a highly skilled B2B Sales Specialist to manage sales activities and develop business relationships with key customers. As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing customer value plans, highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers, highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
  • Identify advantages and compare Zain's products/services.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams.
  • Provide management with updates and written reports on all customer feedback, including needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of direct or indirect sales experience, including distribution and established relationships with hypermarkets and electronic shops.
  • Strong language proficiency: Arabic, English, & Hindi.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Reports / Analysis).
  • Excellent team management skills for distribution.
  • Critical thinking and coping with pressure.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Telco.
  • Ability to handle large projects.
