Home Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and caring childcare provider to join our household in Isa Town, Bahrain.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking care of children and be able to work with minimal supervision.

• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
  • Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, and social development
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
  • Help with basic housekeeping tasks related to children such as cleaning up after meals or doing laundry
  • Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities and concerns
• Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in Bahrain
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude towards child care
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills an asset)
  • Must be physically fit and able to keep up with active children

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
