The role of a Legal Manager is a critical position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional legal expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Litigation Management: Oversee all phases of disputes and litigation, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Legal Advice: Provide strategic guidance to real estate management on priority areas, including negotiation of lease contracts and risk-advice.
- Document Drafting: Create documents in Arabic and English, such as lease agreements, fit-out agreements, and settlement and release agreements.
- Research and Compliance: Conduct research on legal issues and present findings in a clear, solution-oriented format, ensuring compliance with organizational processes and policies.
- Education: A BSc, LLB, or LLM degree in Law; MBA is an asset.
- Experience: 4+ years of solid experience practicing law, including successfully leading a team of legal professionals in the Middle East.
- Skills: Ownership mindset, proven resource management and leadership skills, excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
