About the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Receivables Management Associate in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all Travel Agent payments are properly reviewed/verified, audited, and that payments are not made for non-commissionable transactions and the Travel Agent is eligible to receive payment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review group and catering contracts to establish understanding of billing arrangements and follow up on deposits and prepayments.
  • Assist the Income Auditor, if necessary, in reconciling the City Ledger totals.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting is required.
  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in Accounting.
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
