We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to drive the digital transformation and decarbonization of process industries through advanced simulation, analytics, and cloud-based technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales and commercial goals in the KSA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with at least 3x the target to support sustainable revenue.">
  • Balance technology and consulting sales in line with corporate sales mix objectives.">
  • Evaluate accurate and up-to-date CRM data, including opportunity records and account plans, to support pipeline transparency and decision-making.">
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for existing clients to drive expansion and revenue retention.">
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify, shape, and develop new client opportunities.">
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and client-specific literature to engage senior stakeholders across existing accounts.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant engineering field, along with proven success selling industrial software, ideally related to process simulation, energy management, and digitalization. Experience managing senior relationships within enterprise accounts is also essential, as well as extensive knowledge of the KSA market, cultural, economic, and legal differences, and ability to translate technical offerings into high-level business outcomes.
