  • Design Expertise: Demonstrate excellence in UX design, technical savvy, and a portfolio showcasing outstanding quality

  • Lifecycle Experience: Full lifecycle experience from user needs discovery through validation and implementation guidance
  • Commitment to Project Delivery: Own team deadlines and prioritize transparent project delivery
  • Team Management: Manage teams interacting with technical stakeholders and quantitative optimisation approaches
  • Consistency and Innovation: Balance consistency and innovation while being willing to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
