About the Position
Vectrus is seeking an experienced Network Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of advanced network systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in complex network systems to drive innovation and success globally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of network security and architecture best practices.
  • Leverage this expertise to design and implement secure network architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the field of network architecture.
  • Provide training and support as needed to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform their duties.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) or 7+ years of technical experience required.
  • Certification as IAT-III (per DoD Inst 8750.1 and Navy guidance) required; additional certifications such as CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, or GCED/GCIH also required.
  • Experience working with Navy or DoD Networks (SIPRNET, NIPRNET, SCI) and C4I Systems: CENTRIXS, BICES, JWICS, DCGS-N, FMV, GCCS-J Family of Systems, GCCS-M, Coalition Partner Network, and other C2 Systems Administration.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
