Job Summary: Grant Thornton International Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join one of our reputable clients in the market. This role will involve providing expert financial services, including financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing high-quality accounting services to clients, including financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
  2. Candidate should have experience in consolidation of accounts and financial reporting.
  3. Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to clients on improving their financial performance.
  4. Assisting in the preparation and review of audit workpapers and financial statements.
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and accurate information and advice.
  6. Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Mentoring and supervising junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Participating in business development initiatives, including identifying new clients and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  2. Professional certification from a financial body will be an added advantage.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluency in English language is mandatory.
