**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to lead our team in delivering successful ERP implementations. As a Lead Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the Practice Lead and Principal Consultant in ensuring the smooth running of operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.
- Lead and manage a team comprising of consultants with varying levels of expertise.
- Gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis.
- Make design decisions, create solution documentation, and deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
**Requirements**
- Educated to degree level, Masters preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
- 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics professional services.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
