Junior tax profile with M&A experience - Office Location

Overview:

Our client, a leading tax advisory firm, is seeking a junior tax professional with a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have c. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and work on a wide range of tax assignments, particularly tax due diligence, acquisition structures, and corporate / real estate restructuring.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law, Business Economics or Commercial Engineer – an advanced master's degree in taxation is a strong plus
  • Relevant experience in Big4 or tax department of law firm
  • A sense of humour
  • Open to change
  • Dynamic
  • Strong interest in working with people and solid communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
