We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Financial Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our growing business.
The ideal candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, handle data entry of all accounting transactions, reconcile bank statements, and monitor accounts receivable and payable. Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare basic financial summaries and reports, assist in stock entry and invoice generation, and maintain organized filing of financial documents.
The position requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. A good knowledge of MS Excel is also necessary. The ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality is essential.
A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce/Accounting is required for this role.
