We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Residence Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our villas and ensuring that every guest feels like royalty.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all villas are properly cleaned and set up at all times, in line with Raffles' Standard Operating Procedures and within LQA standards.\
• Maintaining health and safety requirements, including knowledge of chemical usage and proper storage.\
• Managing audit requirements, including inventory tracking and record-keeping.\
• Coordinating special requests and exceeding guest expectations.\
• Cleaning and maintaining working equipment.\
• Reporting any damage or loss immediately.\
• Removing room service clearance promptly.\
• Communicating vital information on guest logs and completing final stay summaries.\
• Attending department briefings and meetings.\
• Participating in online training and professional development.\
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.\
