About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst will oversee delivery teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. In this role, you will provide intellectual leadership by structuring and clarifying deliverables while ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the analytical work for all assigned project deliverables, while supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in enhancing the quality of presentation materials.
  • Serve as the lead consultant in delivering face-to-face presentations to clients, explaining the technical outputs created by SMEs and analysts.
  • Craft clear, compelling arguments to support the outcomes of your analysis and defend your conclusions.
  • Manage the project's profit and loss (P&L) and ensure that client quality expectations are understood and met.
  • Conduct research by gathering intelligence and data on markets, industries, products, countries, technology developments, and other relevant inputs for client deliverables or internal studies.
  • Analyse data using established methods such as benchmarking, comparative analysis, and SWOT/PESTLE.
  • Develop Excel models for business case analysis, financial analysis, cost and price analysis, network deployment economics, and regulatory analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a consulting/professional services firm, or equivalent industry experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of communication technologies, such as fiber, HAPS, LEO, radio, and subsea (expert knowledge not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
