Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced finance domain specialist to join our team. This role will involve leading and participating in various service activity streams, such as gap analysis and solution design, POCs, demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, project delivery, quality assurance, and documentation review.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications. They should also have excellent knowledge of at least one industry's terminologies, concepts, and processes, as well as good communication and documentation skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in different Service activity streams
  • Analyze business requirements and participate in functional design
  • Document and review Requirement Specifications Documents and Functional Specification documents
  • Travel to client locations as required for implementations and product walkthrough workshops
  • Work with onsite collaborators and client personnel to ensure project success
  • Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve work that meets quality expectations
  • Document all work according to agreed standards/processes
  • Adhere to defined Change Control Process
  • Align with Oracle/Client audit/compliance requirements
  • Perform accurate handover/knowledge transfer at end of each assignment
  • Timely status reporting to supervisor
  • Timely submission of timesheets for Oracle/Clients

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, with at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations
  • Proven industry experience in FIN solutions and different FIN products at a consultancy or customer site
  • Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus), within at least one industry
  • Ability to collaborate and connect with client Business Teams independently
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communications skills
  • Knowledge of basic SQL query writing, Report writing, Workflow/dashboard creation
  • Exposure to software development processes and practices, Testing tools
