Dining Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience meet the highest standards.

1. Assist in the daily running of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer relations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and comfort.
3. Work closely with the Head of Department to foster a culture of growth, development, and performance.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and activity control.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry. They should possess excellent leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in Asian restaurant
• Proven experience in a food and beverage position, ideally within a hotel environment
• Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
