Job Title: Retail Store Manager
\We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee daily operations at our campus bookstore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales, organizing store categories, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve store goals. They will also possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as superior customer service skills.
\A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but relevant professional certificates and experience may also be considered. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience in retail management or a similar role is desirable.
\In this role, you will be responsible for:
