Leading Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced and clinically strong Charge Nurse to lead patient care in acute and long-term units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing activities in ICU, HDU, Rehabilitation, LTC, or Inpatient units.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
  • Lead clinical rounds, case discussions, and critical patient assessments.
  • Act as a clinical resource for junior staff and provide coaching.
  • Develop unit-specific protocols and care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and administration.
  • Ensure accurate patient records and documentation compliance.
  • Manage shift rosters, delegate assignments, and maintain staffing adequacy.
  • Assist in audits, policy reviews, and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in ICU, HDU, Rehab, LTC, or Inpatient Care.
  • BLS & ACLS certifications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team leadership skills.
  • Solid knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and hospital protocols.
