Loan Application Reviewer Role

Join our team as a Loan Application Reviewer and contribute to the success of RESO by ensuring seamless loan application processes. In this role, you will review loan applications, assess risk, and interact with customers to provide a positive experience.

Main Responsibilities

1. Review loan applications against predefined criteria and guidelines.
2. Approve or reject loan applications based on assessment results.
3. Engage with customers to provide guidance and support throughout the application process.
4. Conduct IDV requests during the onboarding process.
5. Evaluate applicant creditworthiness through financial analysis and data verification.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for enhancing the loan application process.
7. Maintain accurate records of application reviews and decisions.
8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to loan processing and IDV effectiveness.
9. Stay informed about company trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in lending and IDV.
10. Communicate effectively with applicants regarding their loan status and address inquiries.

Required Skills

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Familiarity with financial analysis and credit scoring methodologies.
3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to lending and identity verification.
