We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs;
  • Evaluate digital solutions and suggest strategic and technological improvements;
  • Communicate effectively with existing and potential customers in fluent Arabic and English languages;
  • Elicit and document business and user requirements through workshops, meetings, and analysis of competitive systems;
  • Conduct discovery and analysis phases on projects;
  • Provide IT consultancy services on projects;
  • Prepare necessary artifacts such as vision and scope documents, consulting reports, SRS, use cases/user stories, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
  • Process requests for proposals, including participation in commercial proposal creation and BA activities estimation;
  • Establish new software development projects, including operations, budgets, and communication;
  • Oversee up to three parallel software development projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT Business Analyst/Systems Analyst positions;
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline);
  • Fluent in both written and verbal Arabic and English languages;
  • Good knowledge of business analysis theory and its effective application in the IT industry;
  • Experience in pre-sales activities;
  • Experience in creating and maintaining business analysis documentation;
  • UML and BPMN notations knowledge;
  • A high-level understanding of software engineering technologies and integrations between software systems;
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
  • General understanding of programming languages and APIs;
  • Proficiency in SQL - ability to work with SQL data queries.
Nice to Have:
  • Work experience in the Healthcare or Finance domains is an advantage;
  • Experience in project management;
