We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software issues.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Providing technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Installing and configuring Windows, Office 365, and other in-house applications
  • Maintaining and updating network devices, including switches and data backup devices
  • Configuring and updating data servers
  • Maintaining user data in biometrics systems and preparing monthly reports
