Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mixology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive first impression for every guest, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, highlighting promotions and specials to enhance the guest's stay.
• Manage the bar area efficiently, including inventory, equipment, and cleanliness, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• The physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to meeting guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor, enabling effective interactions with guests and colleagues.
