Role Overview:
To function as a Coffee Service Specialist for the RESO Cafe, you will work alongside the Cafe Manager and support the operation according to company standards in all daily activities. The successful candidate will utilize their coffee expertise and interpersonal skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages adhering to established recipes
- Maintain brewing equipment functionality and report any potential issues
- Be attentive to customers' orders and preferences
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers while presenting RESO's culture and values
- Ensure the cafe operates efficiently, meeting our quality standards
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in cafes as a Barista
- Certified Barista certificate
- Currently residing in Bahrain
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Adequate coffee knowledge and different coffee mixtures
- Ability to differentiate coffee aromas and their taste
- Extensive hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
- Proficient communication skills in English with ability to communicate effectively, particularly in written form
- A good understanding of computer programs
