Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

About the Role
  • Process and review invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, advanced Excel proficiency, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and fluency in English (written and spoken).

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (English Section) or a related field
  • Certifications: Professional certification in finance or accounting is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounts payable
