Responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing all spa services, including leadership of spa teams, supporting the overall spa, pool and fitness operation, quality and guest experience as well as team motivation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee spa services and ensure an excellent guest experience
  • Record daily cash flow and perform accounting duties
  • Generate financial statements and sales reports
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Appraise employee performance and assess employee performance

Requirements
