About the Role:
  As a Recipe Development Associate, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the central food team by overseeing recipe guideline updates and dashboard maintenance.Main Responsibilities:
  • Recipe Management: Receive monthly plans from the brand team, gather feedback from local business units on sourcing and capacity, and maintain a list of required equipment developed by Scaling Chefs.
  • Communication: Act as a single point of contact between local Production & Supply chain teams and regional team for new menu item launches, and coordinate scheduling of training sessions with Scaling and Training Chefs.
  • Operations Support: Respond to daily operations questions on menu portioning guidelines and cooking methods, track recommendations from kitchens regarding cooking method changes, and capture feedback from local business units on new/alternative ingredients.
  • Nutrition and Compliance: Work with Central Scaling Chef to approve alternative ingredients within nutritional specs due to unavailability, and ensure that the dashboard is up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Education: Fresh graduate experience or 1 year of experience in administration/documentation, preferably within the food industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
