Company Overview:

The company is a leading provider of tax advisory services and is looking for a junior tax consultant with expertise in mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have c. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and work on a wide range of tax assignments, including tax due diligence, acquisition structures, and corporate / real estate restructuring.

Job Description:

  • Work on a variety of tax assignments, particularly tax due diligence and acquisition structures
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and develop effective solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law, Business Economics or Commercial Engineer – an advanced master's degree in taxation is a strong plus
  • Relevant experience in Big4 or tax department of law firm
  • A sense of humour
  • Open to change
  • Dynamic
  • Strong interest in working with people and solid communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
