Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Education Services Facilitator to join our team in providing high-quality, non-clinical education and training services to military personnel, families, and communities.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver group programs and educational services tailored to the unique needs of military personnel and their families.

This role involves interpreting program evaluations and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of educational programs while utilizing advanced presentation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as deployment, repatriation, relocation, family advocacy, and personal financial management.
  • Interpret program evaluations, needs assessments, and feedback to continuously improve educational offerings.
  • Facilitate group programs for military personnel and families targeting at-risk groups such as first-term service members, socially isolated families, single parents, and special needs families.
  • Provide pre- and post-deployment briefings ensuring that materials are tailored to the needs of each command.
  • Conduct public awareness campaigns and prevention education in support of Family Advocacy Program (FAP) initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in adult education, social science, behavioral science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in training development, public speaking, and group presentation.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data from program evaluations and needs assessments to enhance educational delivery.
  • Experience using presentation technology to deliver engaging, interactive programs.
