">The Role: We are seeking an experienced COUNTER AGENT to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless shipment processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service, adhering to ISO standards and safe working practices.
- Process shipments accurately, maintaining perfect airway bills to offer excellent service to customers.
- Follow up with call centre agents during off-hours by tracking and tracing shipments, adhering to network trace standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all departments, products, and services to provide accurate information on pricing, transit times, and clearance delays.
- Promote and sell value-added services, such as Insurance, Import Express, and TDD, to contribute to country revenue.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service.
Requirements:
- Degree Level education.
- English and Arabic language proficiency.
- Telephone/Sales experience in a multinational company with customer interface expertise.
- Good command of English language and Arabic.
- Excellent PC skills (MS Word & Excel).
- Numerically literate.
- Thorough knowledge of company products, services, shipments, rates, discounts, and competitor services.
