Job Description

The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for managing the visual standards of stores to deliver effective and commercial displays, including store layouts and window displays. The role contributes to achieving brand sales targets by implementing visual standards and executing mannequin styling according to company directives and current trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing visual standards across all stores in the area of responsibility to deliver best practice
  • Executing seasonal updates effectively, efficiently, and in line with company vision
  • Managing wall and table visual displays to showcase innovation and creativity in line with visual concepts
  • Maintaining product knowledge on key investments, best sellers, and seasonal key looks
  • Overseeing POP and Mannequin management, including base identification understanding, storage, returns, requests, and care pre-and post-campaigns
  • Supporting BOH management to help service sales floor – POP management/wardrobe imagery/benefit sign management
  • Making VM decisions based on business acumen/performance of best sellers/departments
  • Contributing to photo reports and working with AVM's to create presentation reports and keep visual records of all VM updates and campaigns
  • Reviewing delivery of visual activities against schedules
  • Managing and implementing seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and benefit signs
  • Providing feedback to local suppliers on the quality/content of visual material
  • Executing campaigns/events and working alongside agencies to ensure best practice and correct implementation of campaigns using experience and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising in a relevant field
