**Job Title:** Insurance Development Professional
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our sales team in Bahrain as Insurance Business Development Executives.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and selling medical insurance, motor insurance, and general lines such as property, casualty, and other types of insurance policies and coverage.
Key Responsibilities:- Research potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Buildevaluate long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Discuss insurance products and maintain good relations with potential and current clients
- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Customize insurance programs to meet individual clients' requirements
- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy
- Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients when necessary
- Maintain client records, prepare reports, and stay up-to-date with industry trends
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous working experience in sales/business development
- Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or similar relevant fields
