Health and Safety Officer Role

The Health and Safety Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment for employees, stakeholders, and users of facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the health and safety team in conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform regular audits on internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop an understanding of workplace processes and equipment to identify opportunities for safety improvements and hazard elimination.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the organization.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • ISO 45001 Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Aviation HSE sector.
