Job Overview :

  • We collaborate with clients to establish baseline programs and provide strategic planning advice.
  • Our team develops and implements engineering, procurement, and construction sequence logic.
  • We ensure alignment with procurement strategies and approve contracts and baseline programs.
  • Ongoing development, monitoring, and updating of delivery programs are key responsibilities.
  • We conduct reviews of contract documents, contractors' site organization, and planners' CVs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • We review and approve design schedules, guaranteeing alignment with the overall project schedule.
  • Similarly, we review and approve construction schedules, ensuring coordination with current construction schedules.
  • We examine procurement schedules, verifying their compliance and coordination.
  • Progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting are critical components, focusing on contractors' major construction progress.

Required Skills :

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in large international airport projects is required.
  • Primavera P6 expertise is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to make informed decisions and possess technical/professional knowledge is vital.
  • Flexibility and proficiency in English are required.
