Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Netcompany-Intrasoft.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

You will lead backlog prioritization and refinement, working closely with product owners and developers to ensure optimal planning.

Your expertise in software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks will enable you to analyze and solve complex customer issues involving both data and processes.

We offer a collaborative work environment where you can build know-how and develop expertise in social security domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backlog prioritization and refinement within Agile frameworks, as well as leadership experience with a focus on team management and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA would be considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, software engineer or a similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
