Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive the growth and expansion of our business in the Middle East region.

About the Role

This is a high-impact executive role that requires a strong background in commercial operations, marketing strategy, and product leadership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO to shape and deliver the company's strategic vision.

Your primary focus will be on leading business strategy and execution across core markets and new territories, driving revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition. You will also oversee product roadmap development, marketing performance, customer retention, and brand strategy.

In addition, you will play a central role in identifying new markets, launching new revenue lines, and ensuring the company's offering continues to meet customer needs, market trends, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business strategy and execution across core markets and new territories.
  • Owning P&L across departments and ensuring revenue, growth, and budget targets are met.
  • Drive the product roadmap in line with customer needs, market demands, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and brand strategy.
  • Work with engineering leaders to support on-time product delivery and scalability.
  • Expand partnerships, distribution channels, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage KPIs across departments, track performance, and adjust strategy as needed.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally in fintech, digital lending, or consumer finance.
  • Proven success driving business expansion, owning P&L, and delivering revenue growth at scale.
  • Strong background in marketing strategy, product leadership, and commercial operations.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of translating plans into execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and consumer finance compliance.
  • Willingness to be based in Bahrain, with regional travel across the GCC.
